Built by people who know the work
The tools most HOAs live with were not built for the work.
Epic HOAs was founded by a team that understands the daily challenges of managing homeowners associations. After years of watching communities struggle with outdated software, endless spreadsheets, and communication breakdowns, we knew there had to be a better way.
We set out to build the HOA management platform we wished existed: fast and keyboard-first for property managers, clear enough for volunteer board members, and simple enough that homeowners can check a balance or reply on a violation without a phone call.
We build it alongside the people who use it, to streamline operations, improve communication, and help build stronger neighborhoods. And we're just getting started.
